Crazy. Don’t stop trying if fitness is something you’re trying to achieve.

Having a bad day.
Need to reminder myself what I’ve done so far.
Over 68lbs gone.
I am 5’6’ and you can find my workout schedule on my tumblr, or feel free to ask me any question. xx
So, someone recently asked me on here to update a before and after picture. aaaaand, here it is; 45-50 pounds lighter, not really sure because I haven’t weighed myself in awhile! (By the way, the dress in my after picture is actually my little sister’s)
171-141 in 3 months!
Feeling self confident and happy is my true reward for hard work and determination.
For a while I felt like I wasn’t making much back progress… Then I took a look at where I was just four months ago… Who am I kidding 😂
"But it takes so long to see results…."
This is literally one week difference. One week of actually counting my calories to see what I was putting in my body. One week of drinking just water, with the occasional beer on a Thursday night. One week of working out every single day whether it be a run or just dancing around my apartment.
Literally seven days.
I’ve lost bloat and like two pounds.
You can SEE the difference in a week.
Age 22/5’5/Running, Yoga and eating better.
