"But it takes so long to see results…."
This is literally one week difference. One week of actually counting my calories to see what I was putting in my body. One week of drinking just water, with the occasional beer on a Thursday night. One week of working out every single day whether it be a run or just dancing around my apartment. 
Literally seven days. 
I’ve lost bloat and like two pounds.
You can SEE the difference in a week.
Age 22/5’5/Running, Yoga and eating better.
